Self-Healing in Wrist Fracture
On 12th September I had a slight fall and fractured my left wrist.
Same afternoon I visited the doc who confirmed, after x-ray, it was a fracture. He said I needed to get a cast put for about 6 weeks.
I am horribly claustrophobic. I told the doctor about my phobia. He clearly said, it was very difficult to heal without a cast. But because I would not agree, he reluctantly consented to let me be without the cast and put what is called braces.
I gave pranic healing almost everyday, did Twin Heart and Living Water meditation.
Yesterday doctor took x-ray again. Imagine my delight when he said I HAVE HEALED MYSELF WITH MY OWN WILL POWER without a cast.
I know it is pranic healing that has healed me.
I am so grateful to pranic healing and to MASTER. It is almost healed.
Knee Injury
I have been doing Martial arts for the past twenty-tree years and for the past three years have been battling with a nagging left knee injury. It just kept worsening and during the day that I did intense training, I could not even walk properly.
I came to know about Pranic Healing from Ms. Yulia Pal, who is a practitioner of the said art. In just three short sittings that she gave me, I find that the pain is gone and again I have begun to enjoy intense and rigorous martial art training.

Old Shoulder Injury, Ribcage Injury
Name: Charudutt Chitrak
Case: old shoulder injury; injury to ribcage
Healer: Yulia Pal
Date: 13 October 2007
I, Charudutt Chitrak, had a stiff right shoulder due to a neglected injury. After our Aikido class Ms. Yulia Pal extended her help to me through Pranic Healing. Amazingly in two sessions after class my pain reduced considerable but more significantly it felt much lighter and I could move my shoulder, which felt impossible due to the pain I felt before.
Another time during my aikido practice I got hit by my partner just below my rib cage. After the class I felt excruciating pain, unable to breath or to sit straight even. Ms. Julia Pal gave me Pranic Healing after which my pain was reduced so much that I could ride back home on my motorcycle.

I was practicing at my aikido class on the evening of Aug. 30, 2007. My practice partner struck me accidentally just underneath my left eye. The area around the eye immediately swelled up. A cold compress was administered to the area to reduce the swelling immediately after the injury.
After class Yulia offered her pranic healing services for the injury. She spent about 15 minutes or so and discussed how the healing would help to speed the recovery time of the injury.
While there was some swelling in the evening (more cold compresses were given after retuning home) and some discoloration the next day. The discoloration more or less was gone by the 3-4th day from the injury. While not familiar with the typical rate of healing for such an injury, I feel that Yulia’s attention helped to speed my recovery.

Toe Injury
Patient: Takahiro Noguchi
Healer: Yulia Pal
I had injured the little toe on my right foot on the evening of August 20, 2007. The toe was twisted during martial arts class (aikido) during a technique. I pivoted on the foot and placed a great deal of weight on it. The toe was caught in a gap in the practice mat and twisted at a right angle to the foot. There was great pain in the toe, and subsequent swelling. I was able to get the toe examined by a physician who also practices aikido, the next evening, and he concurred that while it was not a broken bone, it was certainly sprained. He recommended rest for at least a two week period of time.
My method of treatment included putting ice on the toe after I returned from class on the day of the injury. I also tried to keep the toe taped and wrapped against the adjoining one, in order to stabilize it. I also continued to go to aikido classes, but tried to refrain from putting too much stress on the part.
However, I re-injured the toe in the same class at least once in the following ten days. The toe was still tender, swollen and sore during this period of time and special care was needed to protect it from injury.
I was able to rest the toe for approximately 2 weeks after the injury (approximately 3 weeks after initial injury had elapsed). While the toe was less swollen and in pain, it was still suffering from the effects of the initial injury, with signs of redness and some swelling. After returning to class I once again attended to the toe, by wrapping it. In the same week after returning, I once again stressed the toe in the aikido class.
At this point Yulia volunteered her pranic healing service for my toe (approximately 1 month after initial injury). She sat with me for approximately 15 minutes and administered the healing. While I am somewhat familiar with energy healing, I have never actually gone through such a healing before. I was impressed by the quality of the session.
After the healing took place, subsequently, by the end of the same week, I noticed that I was no longer pre-occupied by the toe, and was practicing my aikido at nearly my full capacity. By early Oct, the toe was no longer a problem and I consider it fully recovered.
